Production
Our factory in central Nevşehir with a grinding capacity of 40,000 metric ton / year grinds and packages drilling barytes at API standards, as well as calcium carbonate ranging from 10 micron to 800 micron. Big bags ranging between 1000 kg and 1500 kg in size are used for drilling barite packaging while kraft paper bags ranging between 25 kg and 50 kg, as well as big bags of 1000 kg are used for calcium carbonate packaging.
Our contracted Denizli polymer factory, of which we are a business partner, produces CMC LV, CMC HV, PAC LV, and PAC R products, all of which meet API standards and are put in kraft paper bags of 25 kg in size. In addition to standard products, we also developed CMC UHV and EHV products for our customers in search of extra viscosity.
Moreover, our Mardin factory grinds walnut/hazelnut shells into three different forms: thin, middle, and thick. The end products are then put in 25kg-sacks and placed in big bags for safety reasons. One single big bag can carry 35 sacks that are each 25 kg in size.
Product Supply
Our company, which has been serving in the sector for the last nine years, boasts a wide range of products aimed at hot water drilling, natural gas drilling, and oil drilling in particular. We have the goal to bring in domestic products to the sector as far as possible but still there are some products that cannot be found in the domestic market.
That’s why we are always in contact with producers from the Far East, Europe, and the U.S. to be able to regularly import these kinds of products.
The products we import are designed particularly for drilling applications and should never be compared with the products prepared for food or cosmetic applications. All our products are API / TS EN 13500 certified.
Transportation
Gülharrin Nakliye Ltd. Şti. operating under Deep Drilling Chemicals Ltd. (DDC) has, since 2007, been playing an important role in the transportation sector with its own fleet of 180 vehicles. Of our fleet of vehicles, 38 are for liquid gas transportation while the rest are used for pallet, bag, and bulk transportation.
We particularly transport high amounts of products to the northern Iraq region from Turkey or in transit from Turkey.
In addition, we also carry out partial freight transportation in regions both at home and abroad.
Storage
Our storage areas in key points of Turkey and our sites in northern and southern Iraq both offer product storage, packaging, palletizing, and piling services. In addition to the pallet parking system, renting on a square-meter basis is also available. All our storages have the necessary forklift and crane systems to load and unload vehicles safely.
